Job Description:

A highly regarded, award-winning General Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Electrical Lead for a high-profile Data Centre project in Germany.

Ideally, candidates will have experience working as an Electrical Lead on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.

Please note that you would be employed under the host country's employment law. The package includes a competitive salary, accommodation, flights, travel allowances, and a bonus.

Electrical Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day site operations.
• Oversee subcontractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
• Contribute to the internal weekly progress report prepared by project supervisors.
• Review the weekly progress report before distribution to stakeholders, highlighting delays, design issues, and third-party delays.
• Record weekly safety statistics and project labor projections.
• Conduct weekly commercial meetings to ensure all variations are captured and costs are communicated to the client.
• Develop and implement company procedures with package managers.

Electrical Lead Requirements:
