Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Head of Electrical Integration to lead the strategy for electrical integration across all vehicle programmes. You will own diagnostics, software deployment, and manufacturing controls to support prototype through series production.

You will drive the toolchain strategy, cybersecurity posture, and governance, while leading a high-performing team and managing budgets and suppliers to achieve VP, PP and SOP targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in automotive electrical systems, diagnostics, or software integration.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role delivering complex vehicle programmes.
• Experience introducing electrical systems into manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Manufacturing Electrical Integration strategy across vehicle programmes.
• Lead deployment of diagnostic toolchain, SWDL, and vehicle commissioning activities.
• Manage budget, people, and supplier performance to meet VP, PP, SOP targets.
• Ensure cybersecurity, vehicle software releases, and data traceability compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Aftersales and suppliers to enable SDV and OTA readiness.
