Job summary

Marshall Land Systems is hiring Skilled Electrical Installers to assemble and install electrical circuits in mobile workspaces at Merthyr Tydfil. The role involves following engineering drawings, meeting project specifications and safety standards, and delivering quality installations.

The ideal candidate has an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, 18th Edition, and hands-on experience with wiring, termination and assembly.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
18th Edition wiring regulations qualification.
Practical experience in electrical wiring, fitting or assembly.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
Competence in cable preparation, termination and installation techniques.
Knowledge of BS 7671 wiring regulations and IPC-A-620 requirements.

Responsibilities

Manufacture, assemble and install electrical circuits and communication systems within mobile workspaces.
Carry out wiring, crimping, braiding, soldering and cable preparation.
Install fibre optic cabling as required by project specs.
Interpret drawings and technical documentation to install systems.
Ensure compliance with BS 7671 and internal quality standards.
Complete tasks within timescales with accuracy and quality.
Record job progress using ERP systems.
