Job summary

Vision West Nottinghamshire College in Mansfield is seeking a Teacher of Electrical Installations, qualified or unqualified, to plan, deliver and assess a range of vocational programmes. You will work to develop learners’ practical and theoretical skills across all levels within our electrical team.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork and organisational abilities, with flexibility to support learners of all ages.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Assessor qualifications i.e. A1 and V awards or equivalent
• Teaching qualification desirable or in progress
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible and professional attitude
• Experience in FE or current industry experience
• Ability to work with learners of all ages in various environments

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess identified vocational programmes including commercial activities
