Reed FE is recruiting for an Electrical Installations Lecturer in South Yorkshire. You will deliver high-quality teaching across vocational courses and support learners to achieve their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or training in a relevant subject area.
• Industry experience within your vocational specialism.
• A teaching qualification and an assessing qualification or willingness to achieve.
• Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of vocational courses
• Plan, prepare and assess engaging lessons that meet awarding body standards
• Monitor and track learner progress, attendance and achievement
• Provide academic and pastoral support as a group tutor
• Set and review SMART targets using individual learning plans
• Support learners to progress into employment or higher education
• Contribute to enrichment activities and work experience opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and meet quality assurance standards
• Liaise with colleagues, parents/guardians, and external stakeholders where required
