Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is partnering with a Uxbridge-based institution to recruit an Electrical Installation Trainer. You will guide up to 22 learners through T2 and T3 qualifications, providing coaching, assessing and mentoring, while enjoying full training and autonomy.

The ideal candidate is a qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and lives within 20 miles of Uxbridge. The role offers hybrid working and strong progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation required.
• Experience as an electrician or electrical installation engineer.
• Desire to move into a trainer/educator role.

Responsibilities

• Coach, guide and assess up to 22 apprentices.
• Manage your own day with autonomy in a hybrid setting.
• Deliver training and support progression for learners.
