Job summary

We Are Zenith is recruiting an Electrician for a permanent position in a manufacturing environment. You will be trained on company products and processes and work under the Electrical Supervisor to build specialist skills.

The role involves installing and maintaining electrical components, fault-finding, reading drawings, and coordinating with design, procurement and quality teams to ensure standards are met. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Good understanding of electrical installation principles and safe working practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical components within engineered equipment and systems.
• Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs and rewiring activities as required.

We are Zenith are recruiting for an Electrician to join a leading manufacturing business on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right qualifications and an understanding of electrical installation who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist engineering environment.

Reporting into the Electrical Supervisor, full training will be provided on the company's products and processes, making this an ideal role for candidates who have the core electrical qualifications and are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical components within engineered equipment and systems.
• Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, repairs and rewiring activities as required.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Work closely with supervisors and colleagues to plan and complete work to agreed schedules.
• Liaise with design, procurement and quality teams to ensure materials, components and completed work meet required standards.
• Support quality inspections and resolve any issues relating to rework or non-conforming products.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements and company procedures.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required within the role.

What We\'re Looking For
