Office Based role, commutable from Stafford, Rugeley, Burton on Trent, Telford, Crewe, Stoke on Trent, Ashbourne, Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth, Walsall, and Wolverhampton.
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000+ per annum, Monday to Friday (8am-4pm), with flexitime, company vehicle, overtime, laptop & mobile, salary review, and progression opportunities.

In this role, reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will supervise up to 40 engineers, coordinate daily operations, manage subcontractors, and handle quoting works from commercial EICRs. Responsibilities also include material ordering, profit evaluation, and technical auditing.
This position is ideal for a commercially experienced supervisor confident in managing large teams, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards across installation and remedial works.
