The ideal candidate has hands-on electrical installation experience and a Level 3 qualification, with no prior teaching credentials required as training

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical installation across domestic/commercial/industrial sectors.
• Willingness to transition to training/education; no prior teaching qualification required.
• Enhanced DBS check or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based sessions across Electrical Installation.
• Support learners working toward industry-recognised qualifications.
• Help prepare learners for real-world site expectations, safe working practices and best-practice installation standards.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback in a supportive learning environment.
