Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum

About the Role

You’ll join a further education provider in the West Midlands, delivering electrical installation programmes to learners working towards industry-recognised qualifications. You’ll bring your own commercial experience into the classroom and workshop, combining practical teaching with the underpinning theory learners need to progress.

You’ll support learners of varying levels and abilities, helping them build the technical skills, knowledge and confidence they need to move into employment, apprenticeships or further study.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging, high-quality teaching across electrical installation programmes, covering both practical skills and theory.
