Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor for a rolling contract at a renowned FE college. The role is on site in Epsom, with commutable areas such as Slough, Bracknell and Crawley, paying £40-£50+ per hour inside IR35 for the full academic year.

You will deliver teaching, carry out workplace assessments, coach and mentor learners aiming for NVQ and apprenticeship standards, and support apprentices throughout their training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
• Current or previous industry experience in Electrical Installation.
• Teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous.
• Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.

Are you an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next immediately available contract role, working in a renowned FE College on a rolling contract?

Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional looking to showcase your skillset and pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers?

You'll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with previous Training or Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the Electrical Installation sector

• £36 - £46 - 2 Month Rolling Contract

The Person:
