Job summary

Requirements include a four-year degree, 5–10 years in electrical installation or maintenance, and a preference for Journeyman/Master Electrician licenses. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related electrical installation or maintenance experience.
• Strong communication with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge in electrical installation/maintenance.
• Ability to learn local, state/federal statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure safety standards.
• Install electrical systems, interpret schematics and blueprints, verify NEC compliance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose faults and repair.
• Enforce safety procedures, lockout/tagout, PPE, and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule work and allocate resources.
• Provide daily progress reports and help estimate labor/materials.
