Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking an Electrical Installation Course Leader to join our Construction Academy. You will bring industry experience and a passion for teaching to deliver high quality learning within our Green Skills Centre.

This role supports development of electricians and may include delivering specialist industry courses while building learners' practical and theory skills for the future of sustainable construction.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in electrical installation with current knowledge.
• Ability to deliver high quality teaching within the Construction Academy.
• Willingness to work towards stated qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality teaching within the Construction Academy and Green Skills Centre.
• Incorporate current industry experience into delivery and assessments.
• Develop and deliver specialist industry related courses as required.
• Inspire learners and support development of skills for sustainable construction.
