Job summary

North East Heating Solutions is seeking an Electrician's Mate / Electrical Improver to join our installation team. Based with our Wetherby head office, you will travel to customer sites across a wide geographic area and assist with the safe installation of domestic electrical heating and hot water systems.

You will work alongside our experienced team, develop your skills, gain new qualifications, and progress within a well-established business. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic electrical work preferred
• Interest in developing a career in the electrical industry
• Attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
• Good communication skills for working in customers' homes
• Able to commute to Wetherby head office daily
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Working with Installation Manager and team to complete work to a high standard
• Assisting with installation of electrical components per regulations and standards
• Supporting installation of domestic electric heating and hot water systems
• Helping manage daily installation schedules and work efficiently on site
• Communicating professionally with customers and understanding their requirements
• Ensuring work is completed safely and with attention to detail
