Job summary

Clancy in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Civils or Electrical bias GSP Lead to drive high-impact grid supply projects from design through commissioning. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure projects are on time and within budget, and maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Senior civil or electrical engineering experience.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Knowledge of civil/electrical systems, regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of civil/electrical systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement electrical strategies for Grid Supply Projects (GSP).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project integration and success.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
