Rural and Country Energy seeks an experienced electrical professional to join our renewables team, specialising in Renewable installations. This hybrid role blends field work with office duties and leadership of installation teams, ensuring safety and high standards across projects.
You will work across Solar PV, battery storage and heat pumps, provide technical support to engineers, carry out audits, and help drive continuous improvement while delivering energy solutions to customers.

We are looking for an experienced, fully qualified electrician who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in our growing Electrical division.
This is more than a standard electrician role. You’ll split your time between working alongside our team on site and taking the lead on technical standards, quality and day‑to‑day support across the division.
With projects covering renewable energy, heating, cooling and electrical installations, it’s a varied role with plenty of opportunity to develop your experience and progress into management.
We’re looking for an experienced electrical professional to join and grow our current renewable energy team, specialising in Renewable installations. This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical experience in the renewables sector, who can also lead and support the management of the installation teams, ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a Hybrid role that is both field and office-based and would suit someone who would like to apply their specialist knowledge, skills and experience to delivering energy solutions but wants to ultimately step back from installations daily.
Working across solar PV, battery storage and Heat pumps, you’ll play a key role in helping ensure our customers transition to cleaner energy while supporting and guiding our engineers on site. We would welcome candidates with full electrical or solar PV qualifications.
