Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – West London – 43-48K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who is looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across prestigious buildings housing blue-chip clients in West Central London.

This role suits a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background seeking to join a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. You will carry out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate should have a driving license, as they will be provided with an estate car to participate in the company call-out rota (currently 1 in 7).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services – emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment
• General building services tasks
• Managing landlord and tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing skills
• Experience in commercial building maintenance
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Background in building services/facilities maintenance

Salary & Package:

• £43-48K per annum plus travel/Oyster card; company car supplied for call-outs
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

• Overtime available – 1.5x in weekdays, double on weekends and bank holidays
