Electrical Foot Mobile Engineer – West London – 43-48K & Travel card

I am currently representing an excellent building service M&E contractor who is looking for an Electrical Bias Foot Mobile Engineer with experience in building services to work across prestigious buildings housing blue-chip clients in West Central London.

This role suits a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer from a building services background seeking to join a small, growing maintenance company that offers training and personal development. Responsibilities include carrying out PPM/reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate must have a driving license, as they will be provided with an estate car to participate in the company call-out rota, currently 1 in 7.

Key duties include:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across M&E services such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment
• General building services tasks
• Working in landlord and tenanted areas of large blue-chip companies across a large estate
• Working as part of a small maintenance team

Requirements:

• Client-facing experience
• Commercial building maintenance experience
• Electrical bias with 18th edition qualification
• Building services/facilities maintenance background

Salary & Package:

• £43,000 - £48,000 per annum + travel/Oyster card, company car for call-outs
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
• Pension & healthcare plan
• Overtime available (1.5x weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays)
