To provide high-quality, professional building services and to ensure an effective, efficient, and responsive interface between the Group and its customers, clients, and stakeholders.

To assist with team duties as a team member, with particular expertise in electrical, fire, and security services, in the execution and delivery of the Council's statutory and preventative maintenance programme, ensuring compliance in all areas.

To assist in gathering, maintaining, and populating asset management and database information, supporting the Corporate Team in managing the Council's property assets, and preparing Asset Management Plans and condition reports. Participate in the Council's Net Zero Carbon initiative. Coordinate electrical, fire, and security building services related to projects. Contribute to ensuring compliance with electrical, fire safety, and security standards within the Council.
