Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking an Electrical Field Service Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of instrumentation and control systems. The role includes first‑class product training, unrivalled benefits and clear prospects for career progression.

Responsibilities include planned preventative maintenance of instrumentation and control systems, service and repair of detection systems, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Background as an electrical service engineer or maintenance engineer.
• Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with fire alarms, CCTV, or domestic/industrial electrical systems (encouraged).

Electrical Field Service Engineer

Overall Earnings: £62,000
Base Salary: £45,000 to £47,000
Bonus: £4,000
Overtime: Circa £5,000
Company Car or £6,000 Car Allowance
Salary Review: January 2026
