The role involves preparing accurate estimates for M&E engineering projects across the UK and overseas. Applicants should possess an HNC/HND/BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring a background in estimating, project management, or design.
• Knowledge of the water industry is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multi-discipline proposals for various sectors.
• Program workloads with a team focusing on deadlines.
• Understand client specifications and documentation required.
• Compile documentation, schedules, and data sheets.
• Identify project requirements, including programmes and value engineering.
• Liaise with design teams and suppliers.
• Prepare cost analysis spreadsheets.
• Attend site visits and consider site safety.

Skills

Knowledge of contract conditions (NEC)

IT literacy (MS Office, MS Project)
