Emtec Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our pre-construction team in Scotland. Based across Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee, you will lead electrical estimates from enquiry to tender submission, shaping commercial and technical outcomes.

You'll review drawings, prepare cost plans and pricing schedules, obtain quotes, and work with our teams to develop competitive bids. Emtec Group offers a car allowance or company car, generous holidays and a contributory pension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience estimating electrical scopes for building services projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and tender documents.
• Experience producing detailed estimates, budgets and tender submissions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions across projects.
• Review drawings and specs to understand scope and requirements.
• Produce pricing schedules and take-offs with accuracy.
• Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify risks and opportunities at tender stage.
• Collaborate with pre-construction, commercial and delivery teams.
• Lead or support tender submissions based on project size.
• Support tender reviews and internal approvals.
• Maintain pricing information and estimating data.
