Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years Electrical Quantity Surveying experience is essential.
  • Experience in Commercial Office Fit out, Infrastructure, and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

  • Financially managing Electrical contracts.
  • Managing and preparing monthly cost report.
  • Analysing budgets and estimating changes.
  • Carrying out valuations and submitting applications to clients.
  • Producing Monthly Valuations for current projects.
  • Preparing Variation Quotations for projects.
  • Preparing and presenting Monthly Cost Reports.
  • Attending Client and Site meetings.
