ARC (Norwich) Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their pre-construction team in Cambridge, supporting a growing regional pipeline across commercial and infrastructure sectors.

You will prepare accurate estimates, review drawings, obtain quotations, and drive value engineering while liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure competitive, compliant tenders are submitted.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E / Building Services sector
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes
• Experience pricing large-scale commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects
• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment

A leading Tier 1 M&E contractor, renowned for their design, installation and commissioning of M&E systems on some of the UK's most iconic construction projects, is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator to support a growing pipeline of commercial and infrastructure projects across the region.

The Role

As Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of electrical packages across major projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure commercially viable and technically compliant tenders are submitted.

This position will be based from the company's Cambridge office, supporting projects across multiple sectors.
