Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to become an Electrical Engineering Trainer at our Rochester site. You will design and deliver specialist training for engineers and industrial clients, with travel to customer sites across the UK and overseas roughly once a month.

The role offers full training into teaching, company bonuses, pool vehicles, and additional benefits, with a salary in the £50,000–£55,000 range.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering knowledge and industrial experience.
• Clear, engaging communication of technical subjects.
• Willingness to travel UK and overseas roughly monthly.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical engineering and industrial electrical maintenance training courses.
• Deliver training to small cohorts of engineers.
• Travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas.
• Build and develop training rigs and practical training equipment.
• Research technical subjects and develop course content and training materials.
• Contribute to the wider activities of a small expanding training provider.
