Job summary

MKC Training is seeking an Electrical Trainer to deliver theory-based electrical engineering training to motivated military learners in a disciplined environment. The role focuses on electrical theory, maths and science, with a path to teaching qualifications and ongoing professional development.

The position offers a 37-hour week, a salary of £46K–£49K, a strong benefits package including pension, private healthcare, on-site gym and wellbeing support, plus opportunities to mentor and grow

Qualifications

• HNC or above in Electrical Engineering with strong theoretical knowledge.
• Capable of teaching electrical theory, maths and science to levels 3 and 4.
• Previous teaching experience or having trained others in the workplace (+ willingness to achieve funded teaching qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Teach electrical theory, maths and science to levels 3 and 4.
• Support learners to attain teaching qualifications through tailored courses.
• Deliver professional development and mentorship to trainees.

Electrical Trainer experience:

• HNC or above in Electrical Engineering with strong theoretical knowledge
