MasterMover is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to support the assembly, testing, and commissioning of low-voltage DC electrical systems used in our electric tugs. You will collaborate with production to ensure quality, safety, and operational standards on each unit.

This hands-on role focuses on wiring looms, control panels, motors, and electrical components, with emphasis on accurate documentation and adherence to HS&E guidelines in a fast-paced factory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly and wiring, including wiring looms and crimping.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage DC systems and electrical compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and harness drawings.
• Practical fault finding, electrical testing and commissioning experience.
• Experience with software installation and setting parameter files.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician to join our Engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting the assembly, testing, and commissioning of low-voltage DC electrical systems used in our electric tugs. You will work closely with production colleagues to assemble wiring looms, install and test control panels, motors, and other electrical components, ensuring every tug meets quality, safety, and operational standards before it leaves the factory.

This role is ideal for a practical, skilled technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in seeing their work directly contribute to finished, high-quality products.
