Qualifications

• Experience maintaining commercial building services.
• Strong electrical background with supervisory experience.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of maintenance engineers on site.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and remedial works.
• Prepare RAMS, permits to work, logbooks and job reports.
• Carry out plant and system isolations following safety procedures.
• Ensure works meet safety regulations and standards.
