The Energy Academy is expanding with a new-build facility and significant investment in industry-standard equipment and learning environments to shape the future workforce of the energy and engineering sector.

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering trainer with HNC/HND Level 4/5 and relevant industrial experience, capable of mentoring learners in both practical tasks and classroom settings while upholding safety standards.

Qualificações

• HNC/HND Level 4/5 qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant industrial experience within electrical engineering, manufacturing, energy, maintenance, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation, maintenance and fault finding.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and safe systems of work.
• Ability to support and develop learners in both practical and classroom settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
