Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bristol is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership across site electrification and heat pump integration projects. You’ll design and deliver HV and LV electrical infrastructure ensuring safe, compliant solutions that support decarbonisation and energy transformation programmes.

You will manage DNO interfaces and electrical approvals, lead design reviews, and ensure alignment with project requirements in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• HV and LV electrical systems experience in industrial environments.
• Experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects in manufacturing settings.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering; Chartered Engineer status is desirable.

Job description

We're looking for an Electrical Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership across site electrification and heat pump integration projects. • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and project requirements.

Your profile

You’ll be a qualified Electrical Engineer with experience delivering electrical infrastructure projects within industrial or manufacturing environments. You’ll bring strong knowledge of HV and LV power distribution systems, along with the technical expertise and leadership skills to support complex electrification and decarbonisation programmes. Chartered status is desirable.

• Experience in HV and LV electrical systems and industrial power distribution.
• Background working within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, with Chartered Engineer (CEng) status desirable.
• Strong technical, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
