Location: Newcastle

Are you an Electrical Engineer looking to transition from hands-on work into a varied role with full training? Join an award-winning, well-established company where you can develop into a technical expert.

Our client specializes in Drives and Controls, primarily serving the Water industry. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, they continued to grow and are now expanding their team to meet increasing demand.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling initial customer inquiries
2. Preparing and submitting sales quotations
3. Liaising with suppliers
4. Retaining business and supporting the external sales team
5. Learning key products to assist and guide clients

The role details:

• Working hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm Friday

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good communication skills over the phone
• Knowledge of Electrical Systems
• A willingness to learn
• Full UK driving license
