Graduate Electrical Engineer (Off the Tools)

Location: Newcastle

Are you a Graduate Electrical Engineer looking to move off the tools into a varied role where you will receive full training and the opportunity to develop your skills within an award-winning, well-established company? This is a chance to become a technical expert in a supportive environment.

Our company specializes in Drives and Controls, mainly supplying the Water industry. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, we continued to grow and are now expanding our team to meet increasing demand.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling initial customer inquiries
2. Preparing and submitting sales quotations
3. Liaising with suppliers
4. Supporting customer retention
5. Assisting the external sales team
6. Learning key products to support and guide clients

The role details:

• Working hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Friday

The ideal candidate will have:

• Comfort speaking to customers on the phone
• Knowledge of Electrical Systems
• A willingness to learn
• Full UK driving license
