VINCI Facilities is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure the maintenance and compliance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician with essential partnerships in building maintenance. Job Description
Working independently, responsible for initiating and completing tasks and procedures, including where relevant responsibility for supervising or guiding others. The ability to gain, and where relevant apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding.
Responsibilities
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer would be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure to include power, 3-Phase, distribution, emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs and alarms.
They will ensure compliance against the contractual SLA’s and support the compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the hard services operation.
The successful candidate will have good all-round building maintenance knowledge and be comfortable working in a client facing role
Essential Qualifications/Skills
• City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 / NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition (Required)
• City & Guild 2391 /
• City & Guild 2394/2395 or Equivalent
• Experience in Electrical & Mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules
• ECS (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) card.
