Job summary
HR GO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Flintshire. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding on Siemens PLC-controlled equipment (S7/TIA Portal) and continuous improvement to maximise plant reliability.
The role requires 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification and an HNC or equivalent in electrical engineering, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience fault-finding on Siemens PLCs (S7/TIA Portal) in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and interpret wiring diagrams.
- Experience using CMMS systems to manage maintenance work orders.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.

- Work on automation systems, VSDs, sensors, HMIs and control panels.
- Install, modify and commission electrical equipment.

Electrical Engineer
Location: Flintshire
Salary: £55,798 per annum + Bonus + Overtime
Hours: Full-Time | Permanent | 12-hour rotating shifts
We're looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Flintshire. You'll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding, installations, and continuous improvement to ensure maximum plant reliability.
