Job summary

JLL in the UK is seeking a Multi skilled Engineer - Electrical bias to manage all LV electrical infrastructure on site at RAF Marham, Norfolk. You will ensure compliance with regulations, work as part of a diverse infrastructure team, and respond proactively to maintenance tasks.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of single and three‑phase circuits, ability to fault find, complete RAMS/POWR, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical industry, commercial/industrial background preferred.
• Understanding of single and three phase circuits.
• Ability to test and certify as needed.
• Team player, proactive, and able to work alone.
• Full UK driving licence; willing to travel to neighbouring sites.
• Good communication, punctuality and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Statutory and non-statutory PPMs with up-to-date documentation.
• Handle reactive requests from the client.
• Quote for small works and execute as required.
• Fault finding on single and three‑phase circuits.
• Complete RAMS/POWR and maintain safety records.

Job Summary

As a Multi skilled Engineer - Electrical bias at JLL, you will be responsible for all LV electrical infrastructure on site, adhering to current regulations and local/ standard procedures. As part of the diverse infrastructure team, you will be expected to be reactive and proactive to maintain compliance.

Main Duties

• To complete Statutory and non‑statutory PPM’s ensuring all relevant documentation and certification is up to date.
• To complete reactive requests as per the client.
• Be able to quote for small works and complete as required.
• Capable of fault finding on single and three phase circuits.
• Be able to complete and follow RAMS/POWR

About you

You will have experience within the electrical industry and hold the below qualifications. Preferably in a commercial/ industrial background. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of single and three phase circuits. Be able to test and certify if needed. Must be a team player and able to work alone. Be proactive and driven, with a desire to improve process. Able to complete training in other disciplines with a view to join the on‑call ROTA. Have a Full UK driving License and willing to travel to neighbouring sites when requested. Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with the client directly. Must be punctual and good at time keeping. Have good IT skills and able to manage work through a tablet.

• PASMA – preferable but not required.
• 2391 Testing and inspection.
• PAT testing – preferable but not required.
