Proven background in electrical engineering within the UK power sector, ideally focused on transmission and distribution infrastructure.

Experience producing and reviewing electrical designs in-house, with sound knowledge of substation layouts, HV plant, cabling, and protection interfaces.

Comfortable in a client-facing role, with the ability to lead meetings, explain technical concepts, and resolve issues effectively.

Prior experience overseeing or coordinating the technical delivery of design packages or multidisciplinary projects.

Familiarity with UK and international electrical design standards (e.g. BS, IEC), and knowledge of DNO/TSO specifications.
