Job summary

CT19 is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join an innovative clean energy business in the UK. You will support the design, implementation and testing of electrical and communication systems, and assist with layouts, component selection and calculations.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with experience in safety systems (SIL) and ATEX classifications. You will help develop drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics while collaborating across

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, General Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
  • Safety systems experience - SIL.
  • Electrical infrastructure design including cable sizing, breakers & fusing, and grounding.
  • ATEX equipment classifications.
  • Electrical control panel design.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation, and testing of electrical and communication systems.
  • Assist with electrical layouts, component selection, and engineering calculations.
  • Help produce technical documentation including drawings, reports, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
  • Communicate/consult with major client on engineering specification.
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians across a range of engineering disciplines.
  • Help maintain accurate engineering records and documentation.

Electrical Engineer responsibilities
