First Recruitment Group are partnering with an engineering client in Plymouth to hire an Electrical Engineer (Resident) for a 12-month, onsite assignment. You will deliver electrical services across the site and provide maintenance support as required.

Ideal candidates will have a hands-on electrical background, be able to liaise with engineers to ensure works comply, hold 17th/18th edition, and be prepared to work onsite five days a week. SC clearance is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to liaise with engineers to ensure works are carried out correctly.
• 17th or 18th Edition qualifications.
• SC Clearance preferred but not essential.

Our client a well known Engineering Company are actively seeking to hire a Electrical Engineer (Resident) to be based onsite in Plymouth.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Plymouth

Duration: 12 Months

Hourly Rate: Competitive - Inside IR35

Onsite 5 Days Per Week

As an Electrical Engineer you will provide electrical services across the business and site, providing support and maintenance where required.

Requirements

• Must have a hands in electrical background
• Ability to liaising with Engineers to align and check all electrical works are carried out correctly
• Ideally - HNC or Degree Qualified
• Requires - 17th or 18th Edition Qualifications
• Ability to work onsite 5 days Per Week
• SC Clearable (ideally current clearance but will accept no clearance as this can be provided)
