We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:

• Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Response to reactive repairs.
• Minor building fabric repairs, minor decorating tasks, minor plumbing tasks and general office maintenance.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all assigned work orders and comply fully with health and safety & Environmental policies.
• Providing excellent customer service to building occupants.
• Ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.

To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:

• Level 3/Equivalent in Electrical installation
• 18th edition.
• Willingness to undertake further training.
• Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
• Presented in a clean and tidy manner to represent the company, in the most professional manner possible, utilising the uniform and PPE issued.
