Job summary

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial properties across London and the surrounding region. The role focuses on delivering planned and minor electrical works with a strong emphasis on service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will hold electrical qualifications and have experience with MAXIMO/ CAFM on Android tablets, managing priorities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of modern office software and asset/work management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Portfolio PPM and minor works.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Client and Team.
• - Maintain up-to-date Maximo records and input timesheets.
• - Liaise with Account Support and subcontractors to ensure high-quality delivery within SLA.
• - Cover out-of-hours call-out rosters as required.

• Mobile Maintenance Engineer

  Central London
  Up to £52,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Benefits

  We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team, supporting a portfolio of commercial properties across Newcastle and the surrounding region.

  Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standards and Salisbury competencies are delivered and demonstrated.
  • Deliver Portfolio PPM and minor works.
  • Ensure the Client, Customer and Team are 'kept in the loop' through feedback and regular updates
  • Contribute to the delivery of a quality service, aiming for 100% satisfaction of the Customer
  • Provide technical support, advice and guidance to the Customer and Team
  • Ensure best value for money to the Client by ensuring accuracy within the Team by checking resource and materials are suitable to effectively deliver the service
  • Report on performance to your Technical Service Manager.
  • Ensure safe delivery of all Salisbury works, including those of our service partners
  • Produce details of time and materials required for any minor works for quoting purposes.
  • Liaise with Account Support, Lead Engineers & Managers, and with Sub-Contractors to deliver work to the highest standard within SLA, as required.
  • Build and foster relationships with the Client, Customer, other Salisbury colleagues
  • Ensure Maximo system is constantly updated via your issued tablet and that all time is accounted for on the generated timesheet.
  • Take ownership of the standard of work delivered ensuring exceptional service to the customer.
  • Cover all call out responsibilities out of hours when rostered.

• About You

• Minimum Qualifications, Certifications and Training required
  • Electrical Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent
  • City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect Electrical Qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Full Driving License
  Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience for this role
  • Good understanding of modern office software. Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets.
    
  • 2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery.
    
  • 1 years' experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
    
  • Ability to manage priorities in line with business need
