Job summary

Griffon Marine is seeking an electrical professional to complete electrical components and systems in line with our standard objectives. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, safety, and continuous improvement within our maritime workshop.

You will contribute to problem-solving culture, coach colleagues, and liaise with customers and staff at various levels to ensure high-quality workmanship in a dynamic marine environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical NVQ level 3 required or equivalent.
• Experience or knowledge within Marine industry considered essential.
• Ability to work safely and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete electrical components and systems within Griffon Marine's standard objectives.
• Support and improve workshop practices for lean, safe operation.
• Collaborate with customers and staff at all levels to deliver quality service.

Ability to generate a positive project and team ethos
