Qualifications

• Electrical NVQ level 3 required or equivalent.
• Experience or knowledge within Marine industry.

• Ensure work is carried out to the correct standard and procedures.
• Encourage and nurture a problem-solving culture within the department.
• Maintain standards for Health and safety within department.
• Take responsibility to ensure that the company’s environmental policies are enforced in full.
• Deliver continuous improvement by internal development recommendations to engineering.
• Deliver lean/efficient, safe and compliant workshop practice.
• Ability to coach and develop other members of staff.
