We’re hiring a hands-on, creative Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at The Lighting Consultants (TLC) in Redditch, UK.

The Role

– Design analogue/digital circuits and PCBs using Altium

– Develop embedded firmware (C) and LED drivers

– Collaborate with optical, CAD, software, and thermal teams

– Support vehicle integration, validation, and documentation

What You’ll Need

– Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

– 5+ years’ experience in automotive or high-reliability electronics

– Strong skills in Altium, firmware development, and circuit design
