Qualifications

• Experience teaching Electrical/Electronic Engineering at FE/HE level.
• Ability to deliver theoretical and practical teaching across workshops and labs.
• Strong classroom management and assessment skills.
• Familiarity with DBS checks and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Teach theory and practical workshop/lab sessions.
• Plan schemes of work, lesson plans and learning materials.
• Assess learner work in line with awarding body requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Help learners develop technical and employability skills.
• Maintain health and safety standards in workshops and labs.
• Contribute to course development and quality assurance.
• Support colleagues and maintain accurate records.
