This role is for a company that is one of the most exciting businesses in the renewable energy market. From a headcount of 3 in January, they are on course to increase headcount by over 100% by the end of the year. You will be working for a global leader in their field on innovative energy projects involving various renewable technologies. Key Responsibilities

1. Leading design capabilities for HV and ICP projects, including equipment sizing, layout, FEED, and programme management.
2. Managing a skilled team of Electrical and Controls design engineers on renewable energy projects including utility-scale Solar and BESS.
3. Conducting feasibility studies, technical and financial analysis, and energy modelling (EPC, PPA, EaaS).
4. Participating in a flexible hybrid working model, with site visits as required.
5. Experience as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer or Design Manager.
6. Experience with High Voltage, Power Systems, BESS, Solar, ICP projects.
7. Experience working with DNO/DSO or design consultancy is beneficial.
8. Relevant Engineering Degree.

Ideal candidates may have experience in electrical design engineering, design management, high voltage, power networks, DSO, DNO, ICP, BESS, renewable energy systems, and grid-scale projects.
