Job summary

RSE is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Treatment Solutions team on a permanent basis. You will take a leading role in scoping and detailed design through to implementation for water sector projects, working with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Electrical Engineering, knowledge of British and European design standards, and has a proven track record as a Trainee/Assistant Electrical Engineer or completed a Graduate Training programme in both design

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of British and European design standards.
A passion to succeed and develop your career.
Proven trainee/assistant electrical engineer experience or completed graduate training in design office and construction in water industry.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Developing electrical and instrumentation/control concepts and detailed designs.
Close liaison with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Participating in safety studies (Hazop) and related reviews.
Supporting EICA engineering input to and review of MCC, PLC, and instrumentation solutions from suppliers.
Collaborating with in-house construction and commissioning teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
