Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Stanmore is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join an established M&E design consultancy. You will produce electrical designs, calculations and drawings for commercial and industrial projects, with training and progression to Senior Engineer as the team grows.

Based in Stanmore, you will work on projects from initial design through to completion, attend site surveys, and liaise with clients and project teams, benefiting from continued professional

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical design engineering.
• Commercial or industrial electrical project experience.
• Strong mathematical and calculation skills.
• UK experience within the electrical design process.
• Adaptable, honest and eager to develop.
• Based within a commutable distance of Stanmore.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical designs, calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Carry out cable sizing and electrical system calculations.
• Design and route electrical systems for commercial and industrial projects.
• Produce drawings and documentation for specification and tender purposes.
• Use software such as IES, Dialux and CAD.
• Attend sites for surveys and testing where required.
• Respond to RFIs and liaise with clients and project teams.
• Take projects through from initial design through to completion.
