We are supporting a leading international provider of satellite communications, systems integration and mission‑critical technology solutions in the search for a System Design Engineer to join their engineering team in Surrey.
This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems design who enjoys working across complex engineering environments involving satellite communications, maritime technology, defence and enterprise infrastructure projects.
The environment is hands‑on, fast‑paced and highly technical, with exposure to both commercial maritime and government‑related projects across global operations.
Working closely with engineering and project delivery teams, you will be responsible for producing high‑quality electrical and mechanical design drawings, supporting systems integration projects and helping shape engineering standards and design processes across the business.
You will play a key role in turning design concepts into practical engineering outputs while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and manufacturing requirements.
