RED Engineering Design is seeking a fully experienced Associate Electrical Design Engineer for our London or Bicester offices. You will lead major projects, coordinate electrical and mechanical services, and engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver robust, sustainable design solutions.

The role requires Chartered Engineer status, substantial experience in building services design, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Chartered Eng status.
• Significant experience in specification design for building projects.
• Solid knowledge of UK standards and regulations (BS).
• Ability to lead, manage project teams and liaise with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Run major projects and lead the design and coordination of electrical/building services.
• Prepare feasibility studies and fee bids; diagnose costs and profits.
• Review schedules and prepare management reports for clients and teams.
• Coordinate engineering services; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
