Job summary

Entech Technical Solutions is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite in Clevedon, Somerset. Salary is up to £43K depending on qualifications and experience.

The role involves electrical design and development of modules for manufacturing plant equipment, detailed design documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Strong CAD experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and developing schematics, cable assemblies and BoM creation

Responsibilities

• Design and development of electrical modules and sub-assemblies for manufacturing plant equipment
• Create detailed design documentation (models, drawings, BOM, test data, calculations)
• Provide electrical support for other functions as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project requirements
• Contribute to development and refinement of engineering processes and methodologies
• Participate in design reviews, project meetings and technical discussions
